Terms for Locals

Batch 0 is an informational discovery directory and communications tool operated by Dynamic Generative Studios, Inc. We are not a retailer, producer, importer, distributor, delivery service or seller of alcoholic beverages or prepared food. We publish listings supplied by independent licensed businesses so you can decide where to go.

Every transaction, tasting, pour, purchase, refund and age verification happens exclusively between you and the licensed brick-and-mortar venue or mobile food vendor, on their premises, under their house rules and their license. Batch 0 never takes payment for food or drink, never handles product, and is not a party to your purchase. Availability, pricing and hours are posted by the venue and can change without notice.

By viewing alcoholic beverage drops you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age (the legal drinking age in the United States) and that it is lawful for you to view alcohol marketing where you are. Misrepresenting your age terminates your right to use these features. Users under 21 may continue using Batch 0 for coffee, pastry and kitchen drops only. Never drink and drive — please drink responsibly.

With your permission, Batch 0 reads your device location only while the app is open to sort the radar by driving radius, show a "You're here" banner at a partner venue, and unlock on-site features like Tasting Pulse and table seating. Scanning a physical table tent or door QR code records an anonymous check-in for that venue. We do not track you in the background, build movement profiles, or sell personal location data. You can turn location off in your browser at any time; the radar then falls back to a plain list.

Community Tables and TableTalk are shared spaces. Harassment, threats, sexual content, hate speech targeting any protected class, doxxing, and spam are prohibited. So is commercial sabotage: fake or coordinated Tasting Pulses, review brigading, impersonating a venue, or posting ratings for a drop you did not taste. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.

Content posted by users and venues is theirs, not ours. As an interactive computer service under 47 U.S.C. § 230, Batch 0 is not the publisher or speaker of user-generated content, and moderation decisions we make in good faith do not change that.

Drop counts, allergen information, ingredients and food-safety practices come from the venue. Confirm anything that matters — especially allergies — directly with the vendor before ordering. Batch 0 provides listings "as is", without warranty, and is not liable for the quality, safety or legality of anything served to you.
