Creator Terms

Batch 0, operated by Dynamic Generative Studios, Inc., licenses third-party marketing, discovery and logistics software to independent businesses. We are a technology directory only. We do not sell, pour, serve, store, transport or take title to alcohol or food, and we are not your agent for any sale.

Batch 0 does not broker, facilitate, solicit, discount or settle wholesale alcohol transactions between producers, wholesalers and retailers, and takes no commission on alcohol sales. Fees you pay are flat software subscription fees for advertising and operations tooling, charged regardless of volume sold. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform — including co-branded drops, collaborations and promotions — complies with federal TTB rules and your state's three-tier, tied-house and trade-practice laws.

By activating a venue you continuously warrant, for as long as your listing is live:

• Breweries, taprooms, wineries and bars: you hold an active, valid state liquor license and all required retail pouring permits for the address listed, and you verify the legal drinking age of every guest you serve.
• Food trucks and pop-ups: you hold active county or municipal health department operating permits, a current commissary affiliation where required, all mobile-vending and fire-safety approvals, and commercial general liability insurance in customary amounts.
• All creators: your business entity, tax registrations and any host-venue permissions are current, and every drop you publish is lawful to advertise.

You must notify us and pause your listing immediately if any license, permit or insurance lapses, is suspended or is revoked. We may suspend or remove any listing at any time, and we may request proof of licensure.

Where Batch 0 matches a mobile vendor with a host venue, we act solely as an administrative venue-matching platform. Batch 0 is not an employer, joint employer, staffing agency, premises owner, landlord, food-safety guarantor or insurer of either party. Terms of the host arrangement — space, hours, revenue share, cleaning, liability — are agreed directly between you and the host. You are an independent business and indemnify Batch 0 against claims arising from your operations, products, staff or premises.

You grant Dynamic Generative Studios, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, resize and display your menu items, product names, drop details, descriptions, photos, public venue logos and marks for the purpose of operating, promoting and marketing the platform and your listings, including in the app, media kits, table tents, email and social channels. You warrant you hold the rights to everything you upload. The license ends for new placements when you close your listing; copies already distributed in print or archived may persist.

Subscription fees, billing and cancellation are described on our pricing page and refunds policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of counts, prices, allergen and ingredient information in every drop you publish. Either party may terminate at any time; suspension for suspected regulatory violations may be immediate.
