Terms of Service

Batch 0 is operated by Dynamic Generative Studios, Inc. ("Batch 0", "we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms and form an agreement with Dynamic Generative Studios, Inc. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

You must be of legal drinking age in your location to use features involving alcohol. Keep your account details accurate and your password private — you're responsible for activity on your account. Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing content, malware, scraping, probing or interfering with security, and no reverse engineering, resale or circumvention of plan limits.

Dynamic Generative Studios, Inc. retains all ownership of the Batch 0 software, documentation and branding. Your plan grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Drops are posted by independent venues and change fast. We show the best information we have, but we can't guarantee a batch will still be available when you arrive, or that prices, hours and descriptions are correct. Confirm with the venue before you travel.

Claiming a table is a request to share space with other patrons; seating is at the venue's discretion and their house rules apply. Be respectful, don't harass other patrons, and release a table you're not going to use.

You keep ownership of what you post — verifications, notes and photos — and grant us permission to display it in the app. Don't post anything unlawful, misleading, abusive or that isn't yours. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Verified partners are responsible for the accuracy of their drops, inventory levels, table counts and venue details, and for complying with all licensing, food safety and alcohol laws that apply to them.

Our order process is conducted by our payment processor Stripe. Stripe is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Stripe provides transaction-level customer service and handles returns.

Payment, billing frequency, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe's Consumer Terms. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our refund policy (30-day money-back guarantee).

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination you may request an export of your venue data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

Batch 0 encourages responsible consumption. Never drive impaired. Venues may refuse service at their discretion.

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Batch 0 is not liable for what happens at a venue, for missed or sold-out drops, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.
