Batch 0 is operated by Dynamic Generative Studios, Inc., which is the data controller for the personal information described here.

Account details you give us (name, email, and a password or your Google sign-in), venue details submitted by partners, and activity in the app such as drops you view, tables you claim and batches you save to your cellar.

If you allow it, we use your approximate location to show drops near you. You can turn location off in your device settings and still browse by area.

To show you live drops nearby, seat you at community tables, keep your cellar, send drop alerts you asked for, and to keep the service secure and working.

Partner venues see aggregate interest in their own drops and the first name of patrons who claim their tables. They do not see your email or your activity at other venues.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share your location history with advertisers.

We process account and venue data to perform our contract with you, activity and security data under our legitimate interest in running a safe and working service, location data with your consent, and some records to meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting.

Service providers and subprocessors who help run the app (hosting and database, email delivery, analytics and support tooling); Stripe, our payment processor and Merchant of Record, for sale of creator plans, subscription management, payments, invoicing and tax compliance; professional advisers such as legal and accounting; and authorities where required by law. They only handle what's needed to provide that service.

We keep personal data only as long as needed to run the service or meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and row-level database permissions.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. Checkout pages set cookies from Stripe to process your order. We do not use advertising cookies.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority. You can view or update your profile in your account, turn off alerts, and ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time by emailing privacy@batchzero.app. We keep information only as long as needed to run the service or meet legal obligations.

Batch 0 features alcohol-related content and is intended for people of legal drinking age in their location. It's not for anyone under 21 in the United States.
