Refund Policy

Batch 0 is operated by Dynamic Generative Studios, Inc. If you are not satisfied with a Batch 0 creator plan, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to first-time purchases and to each renewal charge.

Payments and refunds are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Stripe. To request a refund, email billing@batchzero.app with your order details, or email billing@batchzero.app and we will help you arrange it.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically 3–10 business days.

You can cancel at any time from Membership in your creator studio, or through the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
